The Revolutionary War was a turbulent time in Americas' history.  Soldiers, young and old alike, risked everything for an ideal called "Liberty".  The 6th Pa. played an important role in the events which would unfold during the War for Independence.  From the defense of New York City, to the storming of the British fortifications at Stony Point, with "Mad" Anthony Wayne, the brave men and women of the 6th Pa. endured trials and hardships as well as victories.  The sacrifices they made helped to lay the cornerstone of our new nation.
